Khulna Advancement & Leadership Academy (KALA)

Practical skills development and leadership training for a capable, job-ready local workforce. 

 The Khulna Workforce Advancement Program is a structured development initiative designed to equip local personnel with the skills, discipline, and leadership capabilities required to operate effectively within mining and construction environments. The program combines digital learning, practical training, and on-site mentorship to ensure measurable improvement in workforce capability and operational performance. 

Culture & Workforce Surveys

 KALA integrates structured culture and workforce surveys as a core component of its development framework, enabling data-driven insight into workforce engagement, leadership effectiveness, safety behaviour, and operational alignment. Survey outcomes are used to identify underlying performance constraints, guide targeted training interventions, and monitor measurable improvement over time. This ensures that workforce development extends beyond technical skills to include behavioural alignment, accountability, and a sustainable, high-performance work culture.
